User Terms of Service


These User Terms of Service governs use and access of our online productivity service named The PlanMinder Online. “We”, “our” and “us” refers to Auspicia AB.

The PlanMinder Online service is provided as is, free of charge, to selected users. The service provides a web based user interface to databases set up by The PlanMinder software. You may only use the service to access databases with the expressed permission of the database owner. You and the database owner both agree to allow the service to process data in the database (customer data) for the purpose of presenting it in a web based user interface, and provide user interaction.

The service only works for registered databases that the service server can access form the internet.

The service is intended as a productivity tool for professional users. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement and to use the service.

As the person who register the database with The PlanMinder, you are considered to be in a customer relation with Auspicia AB. As part of the registration process you can select if you want to enter this agreement, and allow the Online service to access your database. As a customer you agree that it is solely the customers responsibility to (A) inform any users given authorization to access the database trough the service of these User Terms of Service, and of any customer policies or practices that may impact the processing of user data. (B) Obtain any rights, permissions or consents from any authorized users that are necessary for the lawful use of customer data and the operation of the service. (C) Ensure that the transfer and processing of customer data in the database is lawful. (D) Respond and resolve any disputes with you and any authorized user relating to or based on customer data, this service or customers failure to fulfill these obligations.

Auspicia AB makes no representation or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, to you relating to this service. The PlanMinder Online service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event will we have any liability for any lost profit or revenues or for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, cover or punitive damages.

Auspicia AB may at its sole discretion terminate the service completely, or for selected users. You may stop using the service at any point, and may as a customer unregister your database for use with the service.

As our business evolve we may change these User Terms of Service. A notice will be sent to the email provided in the database registration process. If you use the service after the effective data of any changes, that use will constitute of your acceptance of the revision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt the features, functionality, integrity, or performance of the service.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems or networks or to defeat, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, or otherwise circumvent any software protection or monitoring mechanisms of the service, or to use the service in order to build a similar or competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the service.

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, support illegal activities, to incite violence, sublicense, resell, time share or similarly exploit the service.

You agree to notify us if you discover any security problems with the service.

Security and Privacy

The service keeps logs to allow debugging and improvement of the service. These logs may include IP addresses, information to distinguish (but not directly identify) users, and actions performed by users.

Data that is processed by the service is not stored or logged, except as described above. It is only handled while in transit. If it is discovered that user data unintentionally has been logged, the data will be deleted.

Passwords used to access databases are not stored on the server, except in working memory when actively connected. The password is stored in encrypted form in a cookie by the browser on the users device to be used when reconnecting to a database.
